As well as specialising in supporting schools with the leadership and improvement of their SEND provision, I also provide access to a trusted, highly qualified and experienced network of Inclusion practitioners such as educational psychology, counselling and wellbeing support.

I focus on how systems function in real life — how decisions, cultures and structures shape outcomes, often in unintended or unseen ways.

My work helps organisations address the gap between intention and impact early, before it shows up as disengagement, burnout or reputational risk. I prioritise practical, context‑led solutions that strengthen systems rather than relying on individual goodwill or emotional labour.
