Domini Choudhury

Education Systems Leader & Inclusion Specialist

Domini Choudhury is a highly experienced systems leader in education, with over 20 years of senior leadership across schools and academy trusts. She supports school and local authority leaders with strategic improvement, inclusive culture and sustainable impact. Domini brings national expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on SEND and anti-racism, including their intersection. She has contributed to NASEN guidance and led reviews of SEND provision across multiple settings. Her work consistently supports strong outcomes for learners and effective leadership practice. She is a public speaker and conference facilitator of EDI at a national level, and contributes to local and national government policy development and roundtable discussions on equity and inclusion.

Kimberley Bartholomew

Operations & Client Support

Kimberley Bartholomew supports the day-to-day operations of A.I.M. Consultancy and is often the first point of contact for clients. She manages enquiries, coordinates schedules and ensures clear and timely communication across projects. Kimberley works closely with clients to organise meetings, school visits and training sessions. She also supports administrative processes, including invoicing and payment queries. Her role helps ensure a smooth, responsive and well-organised experience for all those working with A.I.M. Consultancy.

Saima Ali

Lead Freelance Associate - DEIB trainer and consultant

Sy is a freelance EDI trainer and consultant with over 20 years of experience in education and professional development. A qualified secondary teacher, she has worked across alternative provision, mainstream settings, MultiAcademy Trusts, and Further Education, bringing deep expertise in behaviour, inclusion, and wholeschool culture.

Known for her successful leadership in driving cultural change, Sy has a strong track record of taking a strategic, bird’seye view of what schools and organisations need to create safe, equitable environments. Her work is grounded in a clear understanding of systemic inequalities affecting marginalised communities, with particular commitment to antiracist practice and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. After leaving classroom teaching to contribute to wider educational change, Saima has supported academies across the South West to shape strategy, strengthen policy, and drive meaningful cultural transformation. Her approach blends lived experience, professional insight, and a commitment to moving organisations beyond performative gestures toward sustained, measurable impact.

Zakera Chowdhury

Counsellor & Wellbeing Specialist

Zakera Chowdhury is a BACP-registered counsellor with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs. She holds an MSc in Psychology, an MA in Counselling Children and Young People, and a BA (Hons) in Counselling. Zakera has extensive experience working within secondary education and supporting young people in school settings. Her work is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience, offering culturally responsive and compassionate support. She specialises in areas including anxiety, trauma, grief and family dynamics.

Sangeetha Wynter

EDI trainer and consultant

Sangeetha Wynter is a freelance EDI trainer and consultant with a strong foundation in education and social impact leadership. A qualified primary teacher across mainstream and alternative provision, she brings expertise in behaviour, inclusion, and the systemic inequalities affecting young people. She has leadership experience in the social impact sector, where she led on programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development. She has a record of delivering high-impact training to leaders and professionals across education, policing, and the public sector, and supported organisations and corporate clients to shape strategy, develop policies, and drive meaningful culture change. Her work is rooted in moving organisations beyond performative approaches to equity, embedding meaningful participation and delivering measurable lasting change.

Shakeel Delwar

Project Manager, Storyteller & Cultural Producer

With a background in project management and over a decade leading complex multidisciplinary projects, Shakeel combines strategic thinking with creative practice to help organisations turn ideas into meaningful experiences. His work spans curating cultural experiences, live storytelling, community engagement and documentary filmmaking, using storytelling as a tool to build understanding, spark curiosity and encourage dialogue.

He has designed and delivered interactive storytelling workshops in festivals such as Diaspora! and WOMAD, produced documentaries exploring identity and belonging, and collaborated with community organisations to amplify lived experiences that are often overlooked. Whether facilitating discussions, developing educational resources or leading creative projects, Shakeel is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard and inspired to think differently.

At AIM Consultancy, Shakeel brings a blend of project leadership, creative facilitation and cultural insight to support schools, organisations and communities in delivering authentic, inclusive and impactful learning experiences.

Fern Hughes

Education Consultant & Creative Wellbeing Practitioner

Fern Hughes is an education consultant and founder of 3LB Consultancy, specialising in creative learning, reflective practice and curriculum development. She works with schools and organisations to design inclusive learning experiences and strengthen the systems that support effective teaching and leadership.

Her work includes supporting heads of department and leadership teams to review and improve how their teams are working in practice — from organisation and workflow, to planning systems, team support and communication. This can include developing more sustainable approaches to managing workload, improving consistency across departments and streamlining processes such as cover and curriculum delivery.

Alongside this, Fern facilitates creative wellbeing workshops and reflective sessions that support staff to step back, think clearly and work more sustainably.She is currently training as an NLP Practitioner, further strengthening her approach to coaching, communication and leadership development.
